Tile Collection Pickup Terms and Conditions:

General Information: These terms and conditions govern the collection pickup process for tiles from our warehouse.

Collection Schedule: Tile collection is available Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Break Time: Please note that our workers take a break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Collections are not allowed during this time.

Scheduled Time: Customers must select a specific time for collection within the available time slots mentioned above.

Late Arrival: Customers arriving more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled collection time may experience delays or need to reschedule.

Vehicle Requirements: Tiles with dimensions exceeding 60x120, 120x120, or 80x160 require a big van or car for transportation.

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their vehicle is suitable for the transportation of tiles with the specified dimensions.

Notification: Customers will receive a confirmation email with their scheduled collection time. The email will also emphasize the need for a big van or car for larger tile dimensions.

Liability: The company is not liable for any damages or issues arising from the use of an unsuitable vehicle for the collection of oversized tiles.

Assistance and Loading: If customers require assistance with loading the tiles, they must inform the warehouse staff in advance. Additional charges may apply.

Changes to Schedule: The company reserves the right to modify the collection schedule. Customers will be notified of any changes in advance.

    By proceeding with the collection of tiles, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
