Terms and Conditions:

• Returns will only be accepted if the tiles are in their original packaging as delivered and no tile inside the box should be broken inside. Returns will only be accepted for the few leftover boxes that are in their original packing. Returns will not be accepted for the full order. We accept returns within 20 days from the date of the delivery.
• You must bear the cost of returning the tiles to our warehouse.
• Were delivery to fail, due to unloading restrictions or a lack of space outside the property, then the delivery charge will still be charged. We do check these points before delivery is attempted.
• We only do kerbside deliveries. You can request the driver to pull the pallets further into your driveway but he is not obliged to do so. You will be allowed 30 minutes from the time of arrival on site to unload all the pallets after which waiting charges may be applicable if these are levied on us by the delivery company. Hence, please unload safely as soon as possible.
• Returns will not be accepted due to factor like "design" on the tile as all our tiles are random design and variation on each face of the tile is to be expected.
• Broken and/or chipped tiles must be reported within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
• No complaint will be entertained on any of the tiles after their installation.
• 25% deduction charges (storage charges) are applicable on the cancellation of a full or part-paid reserved order.

Terms and Conditions for Warehouse Collection

By selecting the warehouse collection option, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Appropriate Vehicle for Collection:

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have an appropriate vehicle to collect your order. Please verify the capacity of your vehicle before arriving.

Collection Time Slots:

Collection is only available during the designated time slots:

10:00 - 11:00 AM
11:00 - 12:00 PM
2:00 - 3:00 PM
3:00 - 4:00 PM

If you arrive late, your collection may not be entertained, and you will need to reschedule for the next available time slot.

Big Tiles Excluded from Collection:

Big tiles (120x120 cm and 80x160 cm) are NOT eligible for collection and must be delivered. Please ensure your order does not include these items if selecting collection.

Order Limit for Collection:

Collection is not available for orders exceeding £550. For orders above this amount, delivery will be the only option provided.

Changes and Rescheduling:

Any changes to your collection time or vehicle must be communicated and approved prior to your arrival. Failure to comply with the terms may result in a delayed collection.
