Sample Tiles

Choosing the perfect tile in terms of color and texture to complement every aspect of your project can be challenging. At Tiles Universe, we recommend our customers to order a sample before making a full purchase. This step lets you verify the color, pattern, and finish on individual tiles, ensuring your total satisfaction with the choice. Tiles may appear differently in your space compared to a computer screen, due to variations in monitor settings, image resolution, and the limitations of online images.

To request a sample, simply visit the product page, click on the "Get a Sample" button, and follow through to checkout. You can also place your sample order by calling us at 0208 432 0993, and we'll assist you over the phone.

The cost of the sample will be 99p and the size of the sample will be 200x200(mm) with postage and packaging being free of charge. We ensure that samples are meticulously labeled and packaged, then shipped by DPD with a 2 day delivery.

Remember, to benefit from free delivery, ensure your cart contains only samples by clicking the sample button.
