DELIVERY
On orders above £549 are eligible for FREE express delivery around England.
If Order value between £249 - £549 the delivery price will be £59.99.
If Order value between £0 - £249 the delivery price will be £69.99.
We only do kerb-side deliveries which means the driver will drop off the tile pallets at the first available spot outside the house where they can and not inside your house. Please ensure that on the delivery date, there is enough space outside the property to unload the tile pallets and that there are no unloading restrictions. Were delivery to fail due to these points, then the delivery charge will still be charged. This is because we outsource deliveries to third parties and they levy these charges on us. Please note that in the case of staircases, sand or gravel paths or gravel driveways, we may have to deliver to your neighbors instead.
RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted if the tiles are in their original packaging as delivered and no tile inside the box should be broken inside. Returns will only be accepted for a few leftover boxes and not the full order. We accept returns within 30 days from the date of the delivery. Returns will not be accepted due to factors like "design" on the tile as all our tiles are random design and variation on faces of the tile are to be expected. Finally, you must bear the cost of returning the tiles to our warehouse. The warehouse is in Iver, SL0 0AX.
The tiles must be checked prior to fitting as post-installation we cannot accept any complaints for the tiles.

Terms and Conditions for Warehouse Collection
By selecting the warehouse collection option, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Appropriate Vehicle for Collection:
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have an appropriate vehicle to collect your order. Please verify the capacity of your vehicle before arriving.
Collection Time Slots:
Collection is only available during the designated time slots:
10:00 - 11:00 AM
11:00 - 12:00 PM
2:00 - 3:00 PM
3:00 - 4:00 PM
If you arrive late, your collection may not be entertained, and you will need to reschedule for the next available time slot.
Big Tiles Excluded from Collection:
Big tiles (120x120 cm and 80x160 cm) are NOT eligible for collection and must be delivered. Please ensure your order does not include these items if selecting collection.
Order Limit for Collection:
Collection is not available for orders exceeding £550. For orders above this amount, delivery will be the only option provided.
Changes and Rescheduling:
Any changes to your collection time or vehicle must be communicated and approved prior to your arrival. Failure to comply with the terms may result in a delayed collection.
